If you want to spend an amazing and educative time, L’Aquarium of Barcelona is a great activity to do! The Barcelona aquarium was inaugurated in 1995 and successfully achieved to reproduce various aquatic environments.
The aquarium of Barcelona is entirely dedicated to the Mediterranean sea and counts 35 aquariums which host 11,000 marine animals from 450 different species (including sharks especially adored by the youngsters!). During your visit, you’ll walk in an ***80m long tunnel under the sea* from where you’ll have a much closer look at fishes and sharks.
If you are an aficionado of thrilling sensations, dive with sharks! The Aquarium allows you to literally dive with sharks! A real unique experience.
The activity costs 300 euro and offers: one guided tour of the Aquarium, one theoretical class and finally, a diving!
To register you have to be at least 18, have a diving qualification and a medical certificate.
Schedule: Wednesdays and weekends, from 9:30am to 2pm.
