Yes, in case of cancellation of the reservation, the money will be refunded as long as it does not exceed 48 hours before the reservation. In the event that the 48 hours prior to the reservation are exceeded, the reservation will be refunded, except for 30%. If the cause is bad weather conditions, the full amount will be refunded.

Yes, it is easy as all our Vespas are automatic (no gears). However, scooter driving experience is a must. For safety reasons we do not let people rent scooters who have no experience in riding in a foreign country, our only goal at Vesping is to provide a great experience!

For safety reasons, Vesping cannot rent scooters to people who do not have sufficient experience in driving two-wheeled vehicles (scooter/motorbike). If you book a Vespa and you do not have a driver’s license, or do not have the necessary experience, a refund will not be possible.

The insurance covers damages caused to third parties and assistance to drivers and passengers. An additional insurance (“Vesping care”) limits the price you would have to pay for damages, in case of accident or theft. This optional insurance is nominative and does not cover Vespa accessories.

Yes, of course! Our motorcycle navigators not only contain pre-programmed tours, they will also take you where you decide, gas stations, back to Vesping, etc.

You can only park in specific zones marked with white lines. Outside these zones, you will be able to act as the rest of the people in the city act, with common sense. In this case, you will have many more opportunities to park!
