The museum has a large variety of temporary and permanent exhibitions to bring sciencie and its advances closer to all types of public. Some of the most incredible ones are the 3D Planetarium or the Flooded Forest, an awesome recreation of an Amazonian ecosystem that hosts tropical plants and animals like crocodiles or even piranhas.
But if its inside is fascinating, the outside is not less. The building is an architectural gem of modernism built at the beginning of the 20th century by the architect Josep Domènech i Estapà . In the 80’s became the first Interactive Science Museum in Spain and after an expansion in 2004, in the current museum.
